Palifest returns! This year it will be at Harvester arts. Proceeds from the event go to Distribution Group in Gaza.
I've written about the mega event Wichita Forever Fest on the blog before, but the lineup has mostly been finalized. I'd expect a few last minute changes. It is punk rock afterall!
The Furnace will be hosting 10% of the action, which I will be attending / performing at with SENTENCES. Here is the full lineup at the time of posting in roughly the order of the performances.

Another important fundraiser for this big event. Acts include Sunblush, Yae, Emmett Joseph, LYXE, and Barnshed. Live art will be done by the wonderful Kat Perez. I'm not just saying that. I met her. She's a very cool person :)
Act With Empathy are deeply adored by our scene. Looks like a solid lineup!
Ordinarily I don't advertise for shows at Wave, but legendary bluegrass punks, Split Lip Rayfield is going to be there. This is an all ages show also, so I feel like it fits the criteria for what I promote.
I'm a huge Split Lip fan, and I think they are one of the most important bands from Kansas. I think they are more important than Kansas the band- you know, the "Carry On Wayward Son" and "Dust in the Wind", those guys. Split Lip Rayfield is better. More important. More progressive. More better. I'm going to write a blog about them. Stay tuned for updates.
